Ispahani Advisory advises Chairs, CEOs and Founders on business strategy, governance, people and education. The firm operates internationally across EMEA and APAC and specialises in working with family and private businesses, foundations and wealth owners. In a world characterised by disruption, wealth owning families should become more proactive, anticipating and adapting to changes in politics, financial markets and the global economy.
To support our clients successfully navigate complex transitions and plan for current and future generations, orderly succession and legitimate protection of assets, we draw on our distinctive heritage of wealth ownership. We understand the interdependence of business and personal wealth, the family and non-family component and the challenges inherent in creating and protecting a legacy. At Ispahani Advisory we believe in the broad definition of family wealth encompassing human, social, intellectual and financial capital.
Ispahani Advisory’s distinguished Senior Advisors serve client needs drawing on knowledge of strategic aspects of succession planning, business and family governance. We believe in the need for a strong independent non-investment platform from which to advise multi-jurisdictional families and entrepreneurs in an increasingly transparent and regulated onshore world.
To address specific client needs Ispahani Advisory works with recognised experts in areas including: Structuring Compensation Programmes; Leadership and Personal Development; Counselling and Psychotherapy; Philanthropy Services and Family Education.
At Ispahani Advisory we believe that to be effective, education and engagement should be inextricably linked. The inaugural programme on Responsible Family Business and Wealth Ownership created by Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education, Ispahani Advisory and Philip Marcovici, was delivered at Cambridge in October 2018.
