Leadership and Development

We design and deliver leadership development and personal development initiatives for teams and individuals at all levels of management, including executives and boards. We are experienced in family and leadership dynamics, to facilitate conversations and move to win-win outcomes.

We serve in an executive coaching role on complex global leadership initiatives. We facilitate and train.

We provide frameworks and environments where families can openly discuss complex and often avoided topics that relate to generational and management issues affecting the family and the business. We provide opportunities for family members to undertake training specifically around supporting transitional events. Much of our work uses a psychodynamic approach, identifying root causes and understanding behaviours so that change efforts are sustainable and lasting.

We define success as increasing trust and respect, developing effective processes and improving relationships such that not only does satisfaction of staff and clients increase but results improve.

We provide opportunities for family members to undertake training specifically around supporting transitional events together with professional staff independent of the family, provides a powerful means of providing a bridge between advisors and family owners by ensuring smooth generational succession and a well-prepared and confident younger generation, as well as a motivated professional management team and or advisory network.
